Gilligan-Evans headed to Holy Cross

Caleb Gilligan-Evans, a fullback out of Archbishop Stepinac High in White Plains, N.Y., was listed as a member of Holy Cross's official recruiting class.

The 240-pound Gilligan-Evans committed to Yale in December while Tom Williams was still the Bulldogs' head coach. Gilligan-Evans and his family met with new Yale coach Tony Reno. While coming to Yale was still a possibility, Gilligan-Evans explored his options and is one of 30 players listed as part of Holy Cross' recruiting class.
