Barcelona and Real Madrid could move their continuous rivalry from the pitch to the transfer market.
Two of world football's biggest clubs are always linked with some of the top names in the game, but minus probably Neymar, they are rarely linked with the same player.
The players on this list have been linked to Real Madrid, but if Barcelona becomes interested it would be a tight battle between the two.
Radamel Falcao is not on this list thanks to recent reports from the Daily Mailconcerning the striker's impending availability next summer.
Here are a two players in particular Barcelona could steal from Real Madrid in January if Los Merengues are interested.

Sergio Aguero
Should Barcelona decide they want another Argentinian magician in the squad they need to look no further than Sergio Aguero.
Aguero mentioned back in September that he would have joined Real Madridinstead of Manchester City if he had the choice (via the Telegraph).
While playing for Madrid certainly provides an interesting option for Aguero, playing at Barcelona would give him chances to shine.
At Manchester City, he has to contend with three other forwards who can take away plenty of playing time. Real Madrid has both Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain and it may be hard for Madrid to get rid of either to make room for Aguero.
Aguero would be a better fit for Barcelona and could replace an aging David Villa as a constant goal-scoring threat to complement Lionel Messi.

Neymar
Real Madrid's interest in Neymar has been well-documented for some time, and the Brazilian striker was even reportedly set to sign for the squad last year (via ESPNSoccernet).
Goal.com reports that former Real Madrid man Robinho advised Neymar to sign for Barcelona.
Neymar certainly has the technical skills to do well in the Barcelona setup but the question remains as to whether or not he can fit into the squad.
