MassLive has three UMass football articles. They are all based on a question-and-answer session Coach Molnar had with Boston.com.
Coach Molnar said Mike Wegzyn was the most improved offensive player in Spring practice and is in the lead to be UMass' starting QB in August.
He also said UMass is looking to return some MAC or FCS games to McGuirk starting in 2014. No BCS team would go to Amherst, but other games would work.
Coach Molnar says UMass could be one of the top teams in the Northeast in 10 years.
