The following rumour has been persistent especially from the UK. However, it has gained in temperature locally with Football observers commenting that Englsih Premier League Cub Manchester City is preparing an offer for Real Madrid defender Pepe.
The talk is that Man City will offer 25M€, while Real Madrid does not wish to advance until the figure hits the 30M€. Plus there is no communication
